The farm is located on 150 acres in Green Township near Big Rapids, Michigan

Our Mission
To raise top-quality Friesian horses with love and respect, aligning our breeding goals to KFPS standards. To provide performance-trained stallions for movies, television and commercials.

Majestic Friesians began in 1997 in Leroy, Michigan with mares imported from the Netherlands. Within a few years, it became obvious that a move was necessary to be able to expand the breeding program. Majestic Friesians was moved to 150 acres in Green Township. The house overlooks acres of grass hay that is bailed to feed the horses through the winter and several multi-acre summer pastures by the river. Cars can often be spotted on the side of the road watching the horses in the summer.

Our winter pens

Careful research goes into choosing the right stallion for each mare, each foaling is attended and our foals are handled daily. All of our Friesians are registered with FHANA/KFPS and in the main book, full-papered and most are ster and above including the 2018 Central Mare Show Champion provisional kroon and a kroon mare. Wandering around the farm is a menagerie of animals including 3 rescued mini horses and 2 pot belly pigs. Visitors are welcome by appointment as we would love the chance to show off these beautiful animals.
